You can access the Image Manager via the row of tabs at the top of the Project Overview page. The Image Manager shows you every image you have uploaded to your project, on a single page.
You can add a new image by dragging a file into the box in the top right corner when no image is selected, or by clicking on the box.
Clicking an image from the grid on the left will bring up some information in the Image Details panel on the right.
First, this panel shows you the image's filename and the date it was added.
Under Image Quality, you can switch the quality of any specific image between Optimised and Original. We recommend keeping most images set to Optimised as this will minimise loading times for your outcome map and reports; however, if you find that a particular image has noticeably degraded in quality when you upload it, you may want to set that image to Original.
The Image Status displays a list of all the places in your project that this image is used - for example, in a specific stepping stone or in a section of the project background. You can click on an item in this list to go straight to where the image is being used. This can be very useful in checking if you have used an image in more than one place or not at all.
If the image you have selected is not used anywhere in your project, you will have the option to delete it from your image library.
If you wish to delete an image that is in use, you will first need to remove any instances of it from your project. You can do this quickly by following the links in the Image Manager to where it is being used, and removing it from each location individually.
