Important note: This step is for Organisation Administrators only. If you cannot see the Organisation Settings option in the dropdown menu, this probably means you are not an Organisation Administrator. You can see who the administrators are for your organisation by moving your cursor over the icons at the top of the Organisational Dashboard.
Once your organisation has been set up, you are able to add a logo following these steps:
1. Access Organisation Settings. (This can be done either by clicking the Organisation Settings button near the top of the Organisational Dashboard, or by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to your organisation's name in the top right of the header bar on any page.)
2. Under the 'Organisation Details' tab, click on 'upload logo' where you will be prompted to select a saved logo from your computer.
3. Once you have done so, click 'Update'.
A note on image size:
In order to upload an image to OutNav, it must not be greater than 5000 kilobytes.
This is because uploading a number of large images can significantly increase the time taken to generate online reports and download reports. Therefore, we encourage you to optimise image size where possible.
