If your Organisation has multiple projects in OutNav it can be tricky to keep track of them all. One tool which can help with this is Divisions.
If you are an Organisation Administrator, then from within Organisation Settings, (accessed from any page by clicking on your organisation's name in the header bar) you can create and manage Divisions.
Divisions might reflect different business departments such as customer service, marketing and communications or functions such as planning, operations, or research. When managing multiple child projects, Divisions can help you to group them in a more organised fashion.
An Outcome Map can then be assigned to the appropriate Division using the Change Division feature in Project Settings.
Any outcome map which has not been assigned to a Division will appear at the top of the list on your organisation's Dashboard.
Organisation Administrators can also create Divisions directly from the Dashboard by clicking the plus icon near the top of the page and selecting "Add new division" from the dropdown menu. They can rename Divisions by hovering over them in the list of projects and clicking on the pencil icon that appears.
