When creating a new project, there are four step heading sets to choose from. The full list of headings are shown below:
Choose personal if you want first-person step headings to describe an individual person's journey through your service or programme, consistent with a personal outcomes approach

Programme is the default heading set. Use this set if you want to describe an approach, service or programme.

Choose formal if you want more formal language for an approach, service or programme.
- Activities
- Engagement/ Reach
- Reactions/Awareness
- Changes to knowledge skills and attitudes
- Practice and behaviour change
- Final Outcomes
Choose research outcomes if you want to assess the impact of your research project or programme.
- Research uptake: activities
- Research uptake: engagement/involvement
- Research use: reactions/awareness
- Research use: Knowledge, skills, capacities
- Research impact: Practice and behaviour change
- Research impact: Final impacts
