You can access your User Settings page by clicking on your name in the top navigation bar of OutNav, next to the notifications bell, and selecting "User Settings" from the dropdown menu.
From the User Settings page, you can update your OutNav profile, change your password, or change your preferences for which notifications you will see. Click the tabs down the left hand side of the page to access these features.
My Profile
From the My Profile tab, click "Edit my profile" and you will see options to replace or remove your profile picture, or change the name or email address associated with your OutNav account. When you have made the changes you want, make sure to click the "Update my profile" button to confirm.
Change Password
To update your password from User Settings, you will need to enter your old password to confirm your identity, then enter your new password twice, in the boxes provided.
If you need to change your password because you have forgotten it, please click the "Forgot your password?" link on the OutNav login page.
Notification Preferences
On the Notification Preferences page, you can choose which types of notification you see in OutNav. Make sure the types you wish to see are checked, and uncheck the ones you do not wish to see.
You can also choose to have a digest email sent to you weekly or daily, containing all the task notifications you have received in that time. Check this box to receive the emails, and choose their frequency from the dropdown menu.
Once you have finished your selection, make sure to click the "Update preferences" button to confirm your changes.
